We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Geraldine M Huitink (Chicago, Illinois). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Geraldine may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerard Huitink and Emily Huitink; and her siblings, Viriginia Valerugo (late Steven), Gerard (Kristen), Colleen Pawlowski (late James) and Thomas (Cynthia). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mother of the Church (8747 W Lawrence Ave, Chicago, IL 60656).
