He is survived by: his children, Lidia Suarez (Jose), Felipe Sandoval (Elvia), Maria (Jesus) of Jesus, Martha Polanco (late Oscar), Roberto Sandoval (Eustolia), Alfredo Sandoval (Virginia) and Francisco Sandoval Jr. (Angelica). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
