He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Toland and Dortha Toland (Miller). He is survived by: his siblings, Vicki Lea Stout (Dale) of Delavan and Milan Ray Toland of Petersburg. He is also survived by niece and two nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (3900 N Co Rd 800 E, Chandlerville, IL 62627).
