She was predeceased by: her father Rafael Rodriguez. She is survived by: her children, Johany Oyola, Noemi Oyola, Ruth Esther Oyola and Luis Alberto Oyola; and her grandchildren, Janelyn, Joslyn, Jaren, Luis and Gianna. She is also survived by other family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Alvarez Funeral Directors (2500 N Cicero Ave, Chicago, IL 60639). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at the Alvarez Funeral Home (2500 N Cicero Ave, Chicago, IL 60639).
