She is survived by: her children, Jeff Noe and Samantha Noe (Brian); her grandchildren, Samuel Wilson, Noella Cooke and Elijah Cooke; and her siblings, Theda Lee Saylor, Charlene Helton, Christine Caldwell, Karen Gail Saylor, Patricia Graves and Kenneth Caldwell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Anders-Rice Funeral Home (1428 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28806). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Western North Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (962 Old US Hwy 70, Black Mountain, NC 28711).
