He was predeceased by: his parents, Myles (Mary Glynn) and Tuam; and his sister Nora "Tess" Glynn-Brennan. He is survived by: his siblings, Julia "Judy" Larkin, Martin "Mattie" Glynn of Ireland, Patrick Glynn, John Frances "Frank" Glynn, Kathleen Cox and Myles "Joe" Glynn; his wife Sheila; his children, Eileen Tucker (Bernard), Mary Elizabeth, Myles, James and Bridget Manning (Matthew); his grandchildren, Nora, Liam, Sheila Tucker and Deirdre Manning; and his pet Cinders.
He was proud of the fact that he never contracted Covid-19, but at 92 years, his parts just started wearing out, and God took him home on December 31, 2024, likely passing over his beloved Ireland one last time before his soul reached its destination in heaven.
