Edward A. Butler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward A. Butler (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on January 8, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James Edward Butler; and his pets, Bandit, Brutus and Ed. He is survived by: his daughters, Olivia Butler (Courtney) and Hannah Alkinani (Husam); his stepchildren, Asia Brown and Demetrius Thompson; his granddaughters, Dreanna, Nayeli and Arya (Ed's); his mother Annette Butler; and his siblings, James Butler, John Butler (Beth), Amy Brady (Matt), Joe Butler and David Butler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donnellan Funeral Home & Cremation (10525 S Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60643). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Barnabas Church (10134 S Longwood Dr, Chicago, IL 60643).
