Dorothy A. Sibick Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy A. Sibick of Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Sibick; her son Mark T. Sibick; her siblings, Evelyn Loch, Marian Oborsh and Thomas Lushnia; and her mother Golden Agers.
She is survived by: her children, John Jr. (late Jane) of Sibick's Radio, Roberta Pawlowski (Jerome, Sr.), Linda D'Oronzo (late Ray) and Joel (Robert Sacha); her siblings, Joseph Lushnia and Eleanor Marsico; and her daughter Dorothy.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard Midway Funeral Home (5749 Archer Ave, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 8:45 AM and at 11:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Fabian Church (7450 W 83rd St, Bridgeview, IL 60455).
In lieu of flowers, donations to Mercy Home for Boys and Girls would be appreciated.
