We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2025, at the age of 64, Daniel Paul Costigan of Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Daniel Paul leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Daniel Paul may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Grace; and his siblings, Anne Burke (Bruce), Pat Costigan (Cecelia), Eileen Costigan, Chris Costigan (Margaret) and Joseph Costigan (Judy).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church (5300 W 24th St, Cicero, IL 60804). A Mass was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the St Joseph Cemetery (2520 W Willow St, Lansing, MI 48917).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St Vincent de Paul Society in his memory.
