He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Julie; his daughters, Elizabeth, Catharine and Margaret; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Hazelbell and Teagan.
In keeping with his generous spirit, Dale shared the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
