He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Stephen Erhard (Dee), Mary Kubasak (Wayne) and John Erhard (Mary); his parents, Charles Potkay and Helen Potkay; and his parents-in-law, Walter and Alice Erhard.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Potkay; his daughters, Sandra Jackson (David) and Susan Biagi (Richard); his grandchildren, Sarah, Madeline, Sophia, Alison, Noah, John and James; his brother Gerald Potkay (Carol); and his nieces and nephews, Jason, Nick, Ben, Christine, Martha, Jessica, Stephanie, Matt, Jerry, Ray, Charlie, Marie and Dorothy.
