Zuchowski (Chicago, Illinois), born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on March 13, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Claude; her daughter Claudia; her parents, Kazimer Lis and Margaret Lis (Przybylski); her brothers, Marion Lis (late Dorothy) and Stanley Lis; and her siblings-in-law, Eugene Zuchowski (late Edna) and Delphine Carlson (late Roy).
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Leonard (Larry); her son-in-law Steven Swierczek; her grandchildren, Stephanie Swiercek (Richard Cook), Julian Swiercek, Russell Leonard (Allison), Phillip Leonard and Carolyn Zimmer (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Noah Leonard, Samuel, William and Joseph Zimmer; and her sisters, Helen Jachinowski (late Richard) and Evelyn Boyda (late Michael).
