Gomez (Nancy Hernandez); her grandchildren, Angel, Jr., Jasmine, Dulce, Nate, Jake and Cora; and her siblings, Lucy A. Barahona, Edith De Leon, Fidel De Leon (Sara), Azael De Leon (Maru) and Alex De Leon.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wolniak Funeral Home (5700 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60629). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Wolniak Funeral Home (5700 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60629). A burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at the Mt. Hope Cemetery (11500 S Fairfield Ave, Chicago, IL 60655).
