He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Garza and Martha Stark. He is survived by: his wife Janie Lucio; his daughter Emily; the parent of his child San Juanita Lucio; his grandchildren, Maya Alizayiah Figueroa, Alana Isabel Chonillo, Ziel Elijah Chonillo and Mikah Jae Mejia; his brother Bernie Stark; and also Amanda Ann Mejia (Robert). He is also survived by his wife Bernedette Stark, IL, his sisters.
