He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carlos Santiago and Antonia Santiago; and his siblings, Juanita, Marcial (Grace), Angelita (Enrique), Carlos Jr. (Juanita), Jorge (Luz), Rosalinda (Miguel), Raul (Maria), Margarita, Gloria and Lorenzo.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the St. Procopius Church (1220 W 18th St, Chicago, IL 60608). The lying in state was held on Tuesday, June 4th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, June 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
