She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Palmer Carlucci (Miracola) and William Carlucci; and her sister Roseann Blackwell (Carlucci). She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Wesley-Zebrowski (Kieran) of Colonia, NJ; her brother Dominick Carlucci (Tamera) of Mission Viejo, CA; her cousins, Charles Carlucci of Jersey City, NJ, Claire Cerami of Albuquerque, NM, Tina DiMatteo of Brick, NJ and Nancy Sheridan of Oakland, NJ; and her close friend Jack Crenetz of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
