She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth McFarlane and Virginia McFarlane (Gucinski); and her brother-in-law Butch Venne. She is survived by: her sisters, Nancy Venne and Mary Hartwig (Jim); her nephew Greg Venne (Erin); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan and Maria; and her nephew Bob Venne (Pam). She is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the National Shrine of St Frances Xavier Cabrini (2520 N Lakeview Ave, Chicago, IL 60614). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Anita gave so much of her personal time and charitable contributions to many organizations that she volunteered with throughout Chicago.
