He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie "Rosie" Cichy; his sons, Anthony (Tammy) and Jeff (Angel); his grandsons, Jeffrey (Olivia), Andrew (Amanda), Matthew, Anthony and Joseph; and his siblings, Sally (Mike), Joanne and Anthony (Christine).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carbonara Funeral Home (1515 25th Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160).
Interment Private In honor of Chick's life, In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation or Wounded Warrior Project, in support of the veterans he so deeply respected.
