He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Janina Pieczyrak and Mieczyslaw Pieczyrak; his sisters, Linda Lisikiewicz (Walter) and Bridget Helen Fortuna (Thomas, Sr.); his great-nephew Donovan Fortuna; and also Thomas Fortuna, Jr. (Billie Jo).
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bruno Church (4751 S Harding Ave, Chicago, IL 60632-3628). A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (7201 Archer Ave, Justice, IL 60458).
