She is survived by: her siblings, Loretta, Dolores, Lupe and Lorenzo; her daughters, Karen and Christina Hernandez; her grandchildren, Patricia, Eric, Isabel, Michell, Carol, Susie, Luis and Carlos; her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Omar Jr., Leyla, Rosa, Antonio, Nathan, Maximus, Athena, Evelyn, Hailey, Junior and Mia; and her pet Chloe.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Central Chapel (6158 S Central Ave, Chicago, IL 60638). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
