He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gloria Markl (Karl) and James Rhind; and his parents, Dr. Eric Rhind and Dorothy Rhind. He is survived by: his wife Carol Rhind; his daughters, Carrie Welf (Mike) of Homewood and Cyndy Gerecke (Bob) of Chicago Heights; his grandchildren, Ryan Tracy (Katie), Christen Rogers (Beau), Kayla Amodio (Jason), Brian, Eric and Allison Gerecke; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Molly, Mackenzie, Jack, Sean and Nick; and his brother Jerry Rhind (Kim).

In lieu of flowers Memorial Tributes may be directed to the Memorial Fund of the First Presbyterian Church of Chicago Heights.
