It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Rietveld of Chicago Heights, Illinois, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Steven Rietveld; and his parents, William Rietveld and Jeannette Rietveld (Gouwens). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rietveld; his daughter Patty Hamby (Chuck); his grandchildren, Kelly DeYoung, Steven DeYoung (Andrea) and John DeYoung; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Dillon and Madison DeYoung; and his siblings, Charles Rietveld (late Marie) and Mary Jane Kisken (late William).
Because of the increase in the number of Covid cases and out of consideration of everyone, masks will be required and social distancing is necessary.
