She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas V. Bijak; her son John Paul Bijak; her parents, Eva Marie and Walter Zeuberis; her sister Susan Bova (Joe); and her brother-in-law Joseph Bijak (Kathy).
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Bijak, Stasia Bijak, Nick Bijak (Carmen), Tom Bijak (Lindsay), Ben Bijak and Andrew Bijak; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Helen Blankenberger (Doug) and Bonnie Bijak-Norush (Bob).
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home (530 W 14th St, Chicago Heights, IL 60411). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 9:15 AM at the Our Lady of the Heights/St Kieran Church (724 195th St, Chicago Heights, IL 60411).
