She was predeceased by: her husband Raul Garcia; her parents, Rebecca Olivarez and Inez Olivarez; and her brother Gilbert Olivarez (Gume). She is survived by: her daughters, Anna Hoffman (Michael), Norma Pepin (Pepi) and Alicia Gavin (John); her foster daughter Julie Gowens (Rob); her grandchildren, Joanna Bentivenga (Louie), Joe Flores (Shannon), Melissa Jaramillo, Christopher Jaramillo (Meredith), Christina Gavin, Matthew Gavin, Sonia Salinas (Fidel) and Anthony Martinez; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Zachary Bentivenga, Joseph, Korrine, Mia Flores, Carmella, Benjamin Jaramillo, Fidel Jr. and Eliza Salinas; and her siblings, Leonor Olivarez, Isabel Gayton (late Robert), Dan Olivarez, Inez Olivarez Jr., Rebecca Anderlik (Tom), Virginia Sandoval (Tony), Lucy DeMatteo (Dominic), Mary Elena Olivarez and Angela Gayton (late Robert).

Due to the pandemic, 10 people at time during the vistitation, masks must be worn and social distancing when inside the funeral home.
