He is survived by: his brother Frank Militello; his daughters, Louise Sarna (John) and Vickie Kapsalis (Brockman); his stepdaughter Chrissy Cmelo (Jay); his daughter-in-law Laura Bettenhausen (Gary); his grandchildren, Michael, Mia Sarna, Presley Kapsalis, Andrew, Jamie Cmelo, Daniel and Matthew Bettenhausen (Caroline); his great grandchild Reese Bettenhausen; his niece Nancy Hardin; his nephew Mark Militello; and his pet Max.
