He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Edgerton and Huber Miller; and his brother Dennis Neally. He is survived by: his brothers, Wayne Neally, Bobby and Johnny Miller; his nieces and nephews, Jason, Brandi, Donovan, Jeremy and Kaitlyn; and his friend Leroy Sutherland (Gretchen).
