She is survived by: her children, Judie Kay Stein, Paul Hoffman (Lynn Hoffman) and Joel Hoffman (Sarah Hoffman); her grandchildren, Ava Hoffman, Thomas and Riley Hoffman; and her siblings, Nancy Block (late William) and Joey Schrementi.
