He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth Miller (late Frank); and his nieces and nephews, Sharon Cook (John), Michael (late Connie), Miller, Jason (Pam), Robert Duncan, Jeffery Duncan, Louie Pozlusny (Susan), Tammy Green, Michelle Green and Ken Green.
