With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel Olivo Cuevas of Chicago Heights, Illinois, born in McKinney, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 26, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Cuevas and Enriqueta Olivo Cuevas; his brother Manuel Olivo Cuevas; and his son Alexander Salvatore Cuevas. He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann Gregg Cuevas; his children, Marialisia Cuevas (Ellison Collins) and Daniel Cuevas Jr. (Jenny Cox Cuevas); his stepchildren, Jim Gregg (Amanda Martin Gregg) and Teresa Gaskin Seybold (Tom Seybold); his sisters, Enriqueta Cuevas and Maria Cuevas Munoz (Neminso Munoz); his sister-in-law Sonjanette Brown Cuevas; and his grandchildren, Joseph Sparks (Lauren Marshall Sparks), Shalai Jazmine Danielle Cuevas, Daniel Jude Cuevas, Jonah Alexander Cuevas, Cora Elizabeth Cuevas, Mia Rosario Cuevas, Kendo Leon Cuevas, Chad Gregg, Chris Gregg (Marissa Watashe Gregg), Stephanie Gregg (Andrew Leger), Davin Cline, Michael Palomo and Mark Gaskin. He is also survived by his 8 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers (because they are prohibited in the chapel), gifts can be sent to his widow or donations made to the church.
