She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Roberto Ayala; her children, Andrea Ayala, Alejandra Bedell (Ryan) and Roberto Ayala Jr.; her grandchildren, Alejandro, Alexia, Xavier and Noe Espinoza; her parents, Rufina Castillo Perales and Fidencio Castillo; and her siblings, Norma Travis (Terry), Marcos Castillo, Maria Castillo, Jorge Castillo (Becky), Carlos Castillo (Martha), Fidencio Castillo Jr. and Alma Castillo.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home (530 W 14th St, Chicago Heights, IL 60411). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 9th 2024 at 7:30 PM.
