She was predeceased by : her husband Daniel C. Briney; her son William Dennis; her parents, Hazel Cruz and Rafael Cruz; and her sister Arlene Tomas (late Tony).

She is survived by : her children, Marvin Permenter Jr., Kimberly Briney (Mitchel Navarro), Amanda Briney (Joseph Aghimien), Crystal Briney (Erik Massie) and Seth Permenter; her grandchildren, Megan, Brian Dennis, Sofia, Shane Aghimien, Presley, Nicholas Mack and Everly Massie; and her siblings, Francis Dennis, Ernest Vesci (Cindy), Faron Cruz (Carolyn), David Cruz (late Diane), Charity Cruz, Billy Dennis, Gloria Patterson (Joseph), Randy Cruz and Peggy Hecht.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home (530 W 14th St, Chicago Heights, IL 60411). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home Saturday June.
