He was predeceased by: his wife Lynn Marie; and his father Ettore Panici. He is survived by: his son Anthony Vincent Panici, Jr.; his mother Anna Panici; his siblings, Rosemary Panici and Tommy Panici (Jackie); his nieces and nephews, Anna Holguin (Keith), David Peterson, Ryan, Ethan and Megan Clark; his aunts, Mary Pongelli (late Joseph) and Assunta "Sue" Grilli (late Joseph); and his family, Amaseno, Provincia and Frosinone.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home (530 W 14th St, Chicago Heights, IL 60411). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Heights/St Kieran Church (724 195th St, Chicago Heights, IL 60411).

In lieu of flowers, memorial's in Anthony's name to The Lynn Panici Golf Outing benefitting The Cancer Support Center, 2028 Elm Rd, Homewood, IL 60430 (or visit http://www.cancersupportcenter.org) would be appreciated by the Panici family.
