He is survived by: his parents, James Koch and Constance Koch; his wife Michelle; his son Steven; and his siblings, James Koch (Terril), David Koch (Terry) and Jenny Stanley (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
