He is survived by: his parents, Curtis Rogers and Ann Rogers (Gann); his wife Alice Rogers of West Frankfort, IL; his son David Allen Rogers; his stepchildren, Keith Ward, Michelle Render and Tom Frazer; and his half-siblings, Grace of Arizona and Richard Chastain.
