With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger David Hern of Chester, Illinois, who passed away on June 7, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Hern and Norma Christine Hern; his grandson Ryan Hern; and his siblings, Royce Hern and Glenda Brock.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Niemeyer, Richard Hern, John D. Hern (Kathy) and Victoria Jaquez; his stepchildren, James Tutor and Thrisia Jaquez; and his siblings, Gloria Goldschmidt, Gary Hern, Larry Hern, Sharon Caswell (Larry) and Shawn Christmann (Mike). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; & 8 great grandchildren.
