He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hecht and Mary Moll Hecht; and his siblings, Herbert, Clarence, Glen Hecht, Helen Korando and Elise Rickenberg.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hecht of Chester; his children, Mike Hecht (Kim) of Chester, Jim Hecht of Chester, Russell Hecht (Joan) of Chester and Daniel Hecht (Dianne) of Chester; his grandchildren, Erin, Amanda, Megan, Jacey, Chasten and Sarah; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Jayden, Audrey, Manny and Evelyn.
