He was predeceased by: his parents, Max and Mary Tinsman, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna Young; his sons, Corey (Ashley) and Charles Tinsman (Amanda); his brother Randy (Bess); and his grandchildren, Rayne, Madison, Avery, Landon, Ashton and Braden.
