She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Cushman and Fern Cushman; her husband Herbert A. "Hub" Holzum; and her siblings, Michael Cushman and Debria Davitz.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Holzum (Mary), Sheryl (Sam), Christy (Chip) and Greg (Amy); her sisters, Betty (Mike) and Linda (Forest); her grandchildren, Garrett Holzum (Hannah), Brandon Holzum (Erin), Brittney Wittenbrink, Sabrina Corso (Kent), Austin Holzum (Natalie) and Zachary Holzum; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Kendall, Teagan, Lucy, Palmer, Mary Caroline and Scarlett.
