He was predeceased by: his parents, C. J. "Cap" Smith and Frances Louise Smith; his wife Monica Ann Hecktor; and his siblings, James Smith, Roselea Smith Randolph and Dorothy Smith Bottom.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Smith Tennant Washington, Laura (Dennis), Robert Smith, Larry "Orville" and Kenneth Adam (Rachel). He is also survived by Several Grandchildren, Several Great Grandchildren, Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
In honor of Larry, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation and memorials are being accepted at Pechacek Funeral Home in Chester.
