She is survived by: her husband Michael Sullivan; her son David Sullivan of Chester, IL; and her sisters, Patricia Minchew of Perryville, MO, Joanne McDade of Titusville, FL, Linda Knox of Belleville, IL and Tammy Holton of Perryville, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
