She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil "Crook" Dethrow and Laura Fudge; her husband Frank Combs; and her siblings, Richard "Dicky" Dethrow, Kevin Fudge, Glenda Duvall, Linda "Cookie" Hindman, Marlene Naragen and Claudette "Midge" James.
She is survived by: her son Kevin (Hallie); her grandchildren, Jayde McIntyre (Steven), Jacob Combs (Heather) and Jared Combs; her great grandchildren, Koda, Briella, Evelyne, Briar, Kytana and Kopelyn; and her siblings, Pat, Darlene, Kenny (Janet) and Delbert "Deb" (Barb). She is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
