He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Nelson; his grandparents, Olan, Ollie Boone and Ted Turner; his great-grandparents, Earl and Lora Higgins; his aunt Pamela Turner; and his uncles, Will Boone and Earl Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Rae Boone; his sons, Dylan Nelson Boone (Katelyn Vymola) and Codey James Boone (Abby Blank); his former wife Mary Boone (Harwerth); his mother Angela Boone; his sisters, Lucy Mette (Brad) and Sara Boone (Jonathon Lutes); his grandmother Brenda Turner; his goddaughter Claire Mette; and his aunts, Rhonda Hammon (Lee), Cleta Cannon (Dennis), Rachael Mendham (Jason), Lori Winterstein (Jason), Carol Brinson (Dick), Diane Dobbs and Kathy Rosen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the New Athens Community Hall.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the New Athens Little League in Jeremy's honor.
