He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Holder and Beulah Holder; his wife Cheryl Darlene Lewis; his sister Bonnie Chamness (Robert); his parents-in-law, Marion and Iva Lewis; and his sister-in-law Patti Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Dina and David Holder Chester; his grandchildren, Lucas and Brooke Chandler; his sister Patsy Cremeens Carbondale (Charles); and his siblings-in-law, Karen Crow DeSoto (Jesse) and Kenny Lewis Ste (Patty). He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
