He was predeceased by: his parents, James V. Herschbach and Doris Herschbach; his mother-in-law Georgia Powell; his siblings, James Herschbach, Janet Throop and Shirley DeHoff; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Herschbach, Red Throop and Fred DeHoff.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Herschbach St (Chris Jacobs), Timothy Herschbach St (Alecia Hoyt) and Nessa Herschbach Chester; and his brother Robert Herschbach Perryville (Rosie).
