He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Haferkamp and Betty Haferkamp; his sister Beth Gruenwald; his sister-in-law Irene Haferkamp; and his stepdaughter Samantha Sanders.
He is survived by: his wife Veronica Haferkamp Chester; his children, Shawn Haferkamp Farmington (Diana), Dwayne Haferkamp Herculaneum (Becky), Holly Langford St (Jeff) and Amanda Coleman Livingston (Carlton); his stepdaughter Brittany Schremp St. Louis; and his siblings, John Haferkamp Steeleville (Shelly), Bill Haferkamp Ferguson and Nancy Hinkle St (Bob).
