Gruber of Chester, Illinois, born in Doe Run, Missouri, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Thurman and Dorothy Hunn Thurman; her husband Frank J. "Jerry" Gruber; her sister Delores Wuelling; and her niece Donna Kay Thurman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Hanna (Larry) of Rockwood, IL, Tracy Harrington (Rick) of Ellis Grove, IL and Kathy Baker of Chester, IL; her grandchildren, Larry Hanna, Jr. (Rebecca), Jennifer Colvis (Kyle), Ricky Davitz (Nikki), Ty Davitz (Jess), Ashley Harrington, Megan Neal (Tim), Ricky Harrington (Chelsea), Travis Harrington, Chelsea McDonough (Matt), Duke Helmers, Brittany Baker, Brandon Baker and Aliceson Baker; and her brother-in-law Daniel Gruber (Rosemary) of Belleville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
