She is survived by: her son Ron McAdams (Dana); her grandson Obi McAdams of Cape Girardeau, MO; and her siblings, Debra Hurley (Jim) of O'Fallon, IL, Sharon Campbell of Smithton, IL, Susan Lehr (Joe) of Belleville, IL, Bill Renner of Cutler, IL and Bruce Slack (Christy) of Portageville, MO.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
