He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Niemeyer and Ida Niemeyer; his wife Muriel Brown; his stepmother Lydia Niemeyer; his sisters, Rudell Brueggeman and Melma Rahlfs; and his great great grandchild Nova Lee Bryant.
He is survived by: his son Lee Niemeyer Paris (Debbie); his stepson Royce Ebers Chester (Darla); his stepsister Eunice Singer Chester; his grandchildren, Samantha Niemeyer, Chi Niemeyer and Donovan Niemeyer (Leslie); his stepgrandchildren, Kyle Ebers (Lea) and Amy Leehy (Kenton); and his great great grandchild Many. He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren 5 Step Great Grandchildren 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
