He was predeceased by: his parents, Dinsmore Ely and Loretta Violet Urquhart; his wife Nancy Mueller; his brother Jeff Urquhart; his sisters-in-law, Carol Urquhart and Irene Mueller; his in-laws, Rudolph and Lorraine Mueller; and his nephew Jason Mueller.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy (Brian); his grandchildren, Lily and Michael Evers; his nephew Tim Urquhart (Teresa); his nieces, Debbie Albritton (Andy) and Melissa Greenbaum (Andy); and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Rudzinski (LeRoy), Russell (Claudia), Constance Mueller of Florida and Lisa (Jerry). He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (302 W Holmes St, Chester, IL 62233).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribtuion can be made in Christopher's memory to the St. John's New Facility Fund.
