He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. McGee and Nellie C. McGee; and his brothers, George and James McGee. He is survived by: his wife Betty McGee Chester; his children, Charles McGee Hamden (Tania) and Christina Keim Ellis (Steve); his granddaughter Sharon Rodgers (Tarique); his great grandchildren, Anaya and Elijah Rodgers; his siblings, Don McGee Paris (Dorothy), Glenn McGee Chester (Sue), Bill McGee Springfield (Connie), Walter McGee Chester (Joyce), Jerry McGee Bolingbrook, Doris Williams Chester and Mary Slaughter (Louis) of Kansas; and his sister-in-law Edna McGee Janet McGee of Florida.
